Wikidesk aims for every published record to be accurate and current. If you have found an error — in your own record or any other — you can request a correction using the process below.

Who can request a correction

Anyone can request a correction, including:

  • The subject of a biography, company, or organization record.
  • A reader who has identified an outdated or incorrect fact.
  • A contributor who noticed an issue while editing.

How to submit a request

Send an email to corrections@wikidesk.org with the following information:

  1. The exact title/URL of the Wikidesk page in question.
  2. The specific fact or section that is incorrect or outdated.
  3. What the correct information should be, ideally with a source (an official website, filing, or published article) that supports it.
  4. Your relationship to the subject, if applicable (e.g. "I am the subject of this record" or "I represent this company").

What happens next

The request is checked against the sourcing standards in our Editorial Policy. If the correction is verifiable, the record is updated and the change is reflected in the page's public edit history, consistent with how any wiki-based encyclopedia operates. If a request cannot be verified, the editorial team may follow up asking for supporting documentation.

Registered contributors

If you hold a registered account, you may also edit factual errors directly, citing your source in the edit summary. Significant changes to biography or company records are still subject to review under the Editorial Policy.
